At White Rabbit, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality rice products and ensure that every order reaches you in excellent condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, returns may be considered in the following situations:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The product received is different from the item ordered.
- The packaging is tampered with or opened before delivery.
- The product has expired before delivery.
To request a return, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. You may be required to provide photographs of the product and packaging for verification.
Refunds
Once your complaint has been reviewed and approved, we will process your refund. Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective products.
- Incorrect products delivered.
- Orders canceled by us due to product unavailability.
- Failed deliveries caused by our error.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Minor variations in product appearance, packaging, or grain size that do not affect quality.
- Return requests made after the specified reporting period.
